I named this podcast the realtor® lady because whenever I am with clients if their phone rings they say "I can't talk right now I am with the realtor® lady it happens all the time to this day. And often those whispered conversation are discussing questions, frustrations over misunderstandings, or general real estate concerns. I hope to answer those questions with this podcast and I also throw in special interests such as Santa Cruz history and Santa Cruz general topics.
